We ask that you take a few minutes the night before a scheduled service to “pick up.” This will allow the cleaning technicians easy access to the areas/surfaces to be cleaned: floors, countertops, tabletops, etc.

If you are not happy with any area we have cleaned, simply call the office within 24 hours and we will come back and reclean the area free of charge. The cleaning technicians must be allowed to come back into the home within 1 business day, and usually are able to return the same day. Please note we do not offer cash refunds or money off the cleaning, but we will 100% return and clean it.

Typically, our cleaning team provides all necessary cleaning products and equipment. However, if you have specific cleaning product preferences or allergies, please let us know in advance. We'll discuss any specific product or equipment needs with you during the scheduling process to ensure we're prepared for your cleaning appointment.

We love your furry friends! To keep them safe and happy while we clean, please find a cozy spot for them to relax. We would also appreciate it if you could scoop and dispose of any pet waste before our visit.

Our cleaning team members may not speak English fluently. However, we'll ensure that the team leader or supervisor is available to communicate with you and address any questions or concerns you may have.
